BIG improvement thus far! I like the font, the layout, etc....I know that getting this done has been a challenge on multiple levels for numerous people, and I think it's time we congratulated each person that had a hand in bringing this to fruition...
Thank you. -Kris |

for all your labor, Kenneth. I was surprised to see the new site finally finished this AM. I'll let you know if I see anything wrong, although I doubt that'll happen. :dance3 :

Looks great! It obviously took a lot of time and work on many people's parts. Great job!
A couple of quick observations (not really meaning to complain but...). I really like the font but at my old age, it doesn't show up as clearly as some of the more classic fonts and makes it difficult to read in Firefox. It looks fine in IE but there are some like me that don't like stupid IE. Not sure if it is just my computer specifically... On the Field Guide section, the species and subspecies names should not be capitalized... it should be lower-case for all except Genus name. |

ALSO, the fieldguide data is probably not "complete" to say the least. Feel free to send me updates and I can do my best to keep the data accurate. I can't publish the changes but I can send the file to the admins to approve and update

Thank you everyone for the compliments on the design. I know it will take some getting used to, but the site is now quite modern in both style and code (thanks to Ken on the code), and Norm will now be able to do a lot of good stuff with the content of the site, and reaching out to all the social media, etc. The design was built on solid principles and focused on increasing our membership, and catering to the distinct groups of reptile lovers that visit the site. In time, the site will grow to become very useful and rival any herp-related site out there.

Would it be alright if I did some shots of my chuckwalla outside to make it look like hes really "wild"? I can also give some box turtle pics.
